What positions are not being recruited?
We do not handle the recruitment of security guards or housekeepers, as these services are already managed by specialized providers.
How does outsourcing differ from hiring employees directly?
The AREE acts as the legal employer, handling contracts, salaries, social security, and all taxes, while you manage the employees’ work as usual.
Who is responsible for labor law matters?
As an employer, AREE ensures compliance with the Labor Protection Act and Social Security laws.
How are service fees calculated?
Calculated based on actual wages plus a transparent service fee. Special rates apply when hiring multiple personnel. Consultations and price quotes are free.
